ELECTION RESULTS

The Village Condominium Owners Association held their 2008 annual meeting on Thursday, February 28. As required by new legislation, the election results including the vote totals for each candidate nominated for a Board seat are listed below:

Based on the information above, the five Board members for 2008 will be: Addy Bagnasco, Larry Hannah , Jonathan Nook, Ramon Pelayo and Greg Tiritilli. 

The new Board elected the following Officers:

President - Greg Tiritilli; Vice-President - Addy Bagnasco; Treasurer - Ramon Pelayo; Secretary - Larry Hannah and Member at Large – Jonathan Nook.

Additionally the two Resolutions passed:

The Tax Resolution passed with 189 “yes” and 4 “no” votes. 

The Verizon Fiber Optics Upgrade passed with 191 “yes” and 11 “no” votes.
