NOTICE OF BALCONY RALING SYSTEM SURVEY BALLOT RESULTS

October 26, 2007

Dear Homeowners:

At the Board meeting, held on October 25, 2007, the Balcony Railing System Survey Ballots were opened. Two-hundred and forty-four (244) ballots were cast. The tally was:

In Favor of Fiberglass Railing System 103
In Favor of Current Wood Railing System 141

The Board now has direction, from the homeowners to keep and repair the existing wood balcony railings, and then paint them at the same time the buildings are painted.

NOTICE OF BALCONY RALING SPACING SURVEY RESULTS

April 21, 2008

Dear Homeowners:

The Balcony Railing Spacing Surveys have been tallied. One-hundred and sixty-seven (167) surveys were submitted. The results are:

In Favor of Existing 2” spacing 60
In Favor of 4” spacing 107

The Board now has direction, from the homeowners to make the balcony rail spacing 4” apart.
