BARKING DOGSDear Residents:
The Board of Directors has been receiving numerous complaints
regarding barking dogs at the complex. The Board requests that
all residents revisit and respect the pet rules found in the
Associations Rules & Regulations.In order to remediate some of the nuisances caused by pets, homeowners are asked to contact:

To report a pet rules violations. Keep in mind that the more details owners provide, such as the unit number of the violating party, a detailed description of their pet, etc. will help us to better respond to the issue in a timely and direct manner.
Those “identified” owners violating the Associations rules will be notified in writing and may be subject to a disciplinary hearing. Fines and/or loss of common area privileges may be imposed by the Board as authorized in the Associations governing documents, which state:
The Village Policy for Violations:
1st Violation- Original notification in writing, to Homeowner advising the nature of the violation and giving seven (7) seven days to remedy the violation.
2nd Violation- Second notification, in writing, will be sent to Homeowner stating that the violation continues and giving notice to appear at a hearing before the Board of Directors at the next scheduled Board meeting. The Board of Directors,
after hearing, will determine if a fine of $50.00 to $500.00
will be levied on the Homeowner’s account.
3rd Violation- Notice of continuing violation will be sent, in
writing, and fines levied each thirty (30) days at the
rate of double the previously levied fine.
